1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KAZANE X services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

KAZANE X provides AI-powered software development, enterprise digital transformation solutions, and technology consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom software development (web and mobile applications)
  • AI and machine learning implementation
  • Enterprise system integration
  • UI/UX design services
  • Technology consulting and strategy

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • All deliverables and work products created by KAZANE X remain our property until full payment is received
  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement
  • KAZANE X retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality agreements state otherwise
  • Any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies remain the property of KAZANE X

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have the necessary rights to any materials provided to KAZANE X
  • Make payments according to agreed-upon terms and schedules

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of specified milestones or final delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

6. Project Timeline and Delays

While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client delays in providing materials or feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

KAZANE X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Warranty and Support

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Post-launch support and maintenance terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We do not guarantee that software will be error-free or that services will be uninterrupted.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues beyond the termination of services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. KAZANE X will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

KAZANE X reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
